Tech facts: Blend made from small plots of 60 years old Maccabeu and Carignan Noir planted on brown schist. Early manual harvest in small crates. Spontaneous fermentation in tappered tanks in oak, demi-muids and old barriques. Elevage 12 months without stirring. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration. 3g/hl added sulfites.
Only 3900 bottles made.
