Llum de Lluna means Moonlight in Catalan. It's blend is mostly composed a rare and fantastic grape variety called Llandener Pelut which stands for Hairy Grenache. The vines developed a thin layer of hairs on its leaves to not miss a drop from the morning dew. The wine produced from it is incredibly delicate, floral and concentrated. On top of the flavours of strawberries, leather and a zest of blood orange, you can expect a bouquet of lavender and violettes. Smooth tannins, velvety textures. Loads of tension. On my opinion, the most surprising and stellar wine from Paul.
