26 to 52 years old vines growing various soils: on a bed sandy-clay soil over a bed of limestone; limestone and clay.
Harvested in small crates. Direct press, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. 9 months long elevage on fine lees. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration.
