La Babascat is the two words "Baleine" and "Muscat" brought together. it's a nod to Laura's passion for marine life 🐠 and to the whale-shaped wine plot 🐋. La Babascat's nose displays a complex nose of thyme, Haribo Peach, freshly pressed Yuzu and dried mango crisp. On the palate, the yuzu strikes first ⚡️ and takes you on a peaceful yet eventful ride. At times, the wine tastes like a ginger iced tea 💦, at times, it tastes like a Natural Sprite. Long finish on salt, a last nod to the whale maybe? 🌊
