Leitmotiv comes with a light and delicate bubbles 🍾🥂 with a bright pink hue. The palate bursts with two distinct sensations: the minty freshness of Sichuan pepper 🔥 and the sweetness of strawberries, figs and raspberries, The long finish is carried by the slow-burning spice of the pepper, reflecting a refined and almost Japanese-like craftsmanship. is a blend of red fruits, Sichuan pepper from Alsace, morello cherry, and dehydrated rosehip from Kaysersberg on a base of kefir grain fermentation. The fruits and pepper undergo a long maceration.

Service: 10/12°C. Alcohol may rise if stored in a warm place. We strongly recommend to store it vertically in the fridge. Open carefully.
Tech facts:
First fermentation with kefir grains. Second fermentation without the grains but with Griottes Cherries (morello-like). Then, the whole batch was cold infused with Sichuan. Bottled without fining and with a light filtration. Most products are fetched in Alsace and are biodynamic. All products used in the making process are organic and from France. All products are unpasteurized, unfiltered or lightly filtered and naturally carbonated.
