Here comes the perfect Gamay for winter. Devoted to demonstrate that La Loire is an amazing terroir for this variety, Valérie made a fruity and earthy wine, glouglou but structured, surprising yet rustic, that offers generous notes of ripe bramble, preserved cherries, strawberries along floral notes of violet. The whole comes with a good tannic structure that would match perfectly with some Rillettes, pork, lamb or pungent cheeses.
