This delicious 100% Syrah called Frérots, "brothers" comes with the typical profile of a cool climate Syrah. It really reminds me of Washington's 🇺🇸 or Tazmania's 🦘 Syrah 🙏💦. On the fresh and light side, you can expect juicy plums, ripe blackberries, tobacco leaf, black pepper, bacon fat and a mineral spine of graphite. Lightly chilled, perfecto 👌

Tech facts: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast occurred at 20°C temperature. 3 weeks long maceration.  Few pumping over and punching the cap.
