Elsa called this cuvée after her mom because she's a flower specialist who taught her everything. It is a delicate, floral, dry and refreshing potion made from Acacia honey, pears,  Meadowsweet and woodruff. 
Christine has a peach skin colour with delicate bubbles 🍾🥂. Notes of pear, pineapple and sweet almond bring slight bitterness and depth. The mid-palate reveals hints of grapefruit zest. Persisting and salivating finish.
