The 100% Chardonnay opens on a generous and arousing nose of butter and brioche,
vanilla and ripe apples. The palate demonstrates great balance between bitterness, acidity and generosity, especially with this honey-ish flavour coming along. After 6 seconds, the wine bursts with more flavours. Probably the most approachable Jura Chardonnay I’ve tasted in ages, closer to a Burgundy Chardonnay profile.

Manual Harvest. Unfiltered. Direct pressing of whole clusters and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Elevage of2 years, 75% in 400-liter barrels and 25% in terracotta amphorae. Organic certified. Demeter certified.
