Cardamine is a somewhere between a rosé and a red wine. While the nose is rather delicate, fresh with red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry, and rose floral notes, the palate is rich and round, leaving a thin and indulging layer of texture on the tongue.
2023 being a fresher vintage than 2022, this wine trades some of the extra generosity for more balance between the texture, the acidity and the bitters. Note that 2023 is, according to locals, the best vintages in Jura in 30 years 💫
