Bossa Nova is made off that same euphoria that turns a dinner into an improvised night out. Blackberries juice meets sweet tobacco, black pepper and 5 spices. Silky tannins and voluptuous mouthfeel. To make that magic happen, Wilfried blends two Carignan millésimes, 2017 and 2021. The result is this very joyful, very glou and sensual wine that reminds me Almodovar’s movies.
Drink right after the opening but the wine will definitely be more expressive after 5 minutes in the glass. Last note. This wine is a great case study for students who want to break a Carignan down 🎓
