Our postman likes wines that deliver tension, acidity and balance. This feels like a ride in the Space Mountains where planets and stars would be replaced with citruses of all sorts 🍋🍊 and flinty asteroids ☄️. To balance it, Viognier and Roussanne are bringing the necessary ripe stone fruits to balance it all. It's a success. So fruity it tastes like a breakfast wine 🕺

18 years old Viognier vines on ferruginous sandstones and quartzite.
18 years old Roussanne on clay-limestone soils.
Harvested in small crates. Direct press, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. Non dégorgé. No added sulfites. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration.
