OMG this is so good. If you ask me, Sylvaner/Silvaner is an undervalued white grape that deserves more attention. This Pet Nat is dynamite. Peach, passion fruit and thyme are boosted by a little bit of residual sugar. it gives it an incredible kick and makes the flavours pop out of the glass. Sold out everywhere, Cocorico managed to get the last 12 bottles 🕺
