Les Toiles (The Canvases) is characterized by a strong character, peppery and spicy notes, complexity, and power, all while maintaining a genuine freshness. To me it really has that concentration I love from the Rhône Valley's wines without its soporific downside 😊.
I would recommend to pair it with slow-cooked or grilled red meat (such as a ribeye steak). If you have a decanter, amazing, you can decant it at least 30 minutes before tasting 👌
