To produce a wine in Château Yquem's oak barrels was one of Serge's dream and he turned it into his rarest and most gastronomic wine ✨ The combination of varieties from Southern France with barrels from one of (if not) the most coveted white wine of Bordeaux is as unique as it is a success and it's truly an interesting wine to mess up with your guests around a blind tasting. 🤓
Juicy peach 🍑, tangy tangerine 🍊, zesty apricot and verbena with a hint of honey are elevated by the typical salinity of Serge's terroir. The vibrant flavors, like a burst of sunshine, bring to mind orange marmalade and mandarin, creating a well-balanced palate. The lingering, delightful finish is complemented by a mouthful texture and a spicy bitterness.
