Garden strawberries, poppies, sweet clover honey and Tarragon. The ingredient list is pretty mouthwatering.  A successful marriage of indulging red fruits and dried herbs. Persistent flavours thanks to a delicate tannic texture. Long fruity and herbal finish.

Most products are fetched in Alsace and are biodynamic. All products used in the making process are organic and from France. All products are unpasteurized, unfiltered or lightly filtered and naturally carbonated.
