A nose of wild fennel, very ripe mango, and North African spices join notes of apricot pie and candied mandarin. It's still this wild and gourmet contrast that we find in all of Aurélie and Julien's wines. The attack offers flavors that are half sweet, half salty. Initially destabilizing, they become enchanting. Lychee liqueur, Haribo cherry 🍒😋. Its supple and concentrated texture is accompanied by white pepper with delicate citrus bitters. The typical tension we find in Jura's wine is here and provides the wine with a long finish. No need to say that I'm in love with that new Jura School 🙌
