Only 4 boxes available. On top of Sentinelle, Torlit & Le Chien Rouge, this box includes à delicious and rare 100% Syrah called Frérots, "brothers". With this typical profile of a Syrah, on the fresh and light side, you can expect juicy plums, ripe blackberries, tobacco leaf, bacon fat and a mineral spine of graphite. Because the bunches have been carefully selected, destemmed and have undergo a 3 weeks long maceration in amphora, the wine offers firm yet polished tannins that give the wine a delicate chewiness. Then, Vincent let the wine age in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruitiness and gourmandise.
