Brigades Roses a.k.a The Pink Squad is a rougé style wine which basically means that it has the best of both worlds, texture, length, comfort and freshness. The palate opens on red currants and unfolds notes of pomegranate. It's dry but feels a bit sweet and concentrated. It's the perks of working with fairly old vines deeply rooted in the ground.

Schist soils. Manual harvest. 1gr/hectoliter SO2 added. Direct press. 1/3 of the wine has undergone a 6 months long elevage in old French barriques. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration.
