The cuvée I discovered Serge with. His 50 years old vines of Grenache Blanc growing on grey marl are making this incredibly airy and concentrated wine that keeps on giving. Along this saltiness that defines Serge’s terroir, you’ll get citrus in a gun, blossom, Hawthorne, verbena infusion which would pair perfectly with a pan seared tuna steak with its Provencal herbs and a drizzle of olive oil. Think grilled calamari with lemon juice and minced parsley 🤤
