La Babascat is the two words "Baleine" and "Muscat" brought together. it's a nod to Laura's passion for marine life š and to the whale-shaped wine plot š.Ā La Babascat's nose displays a complex nose of thyme, Haribo Peach, freshly pressed Yuzu and dried mango crisp.Ā On the palate, the yuzu strikes firstĀ ā”ļø and takes you on a peaceful yet eventful ride. At times, the wine tastes like a ginger iced tea š¦, at times, it tastes like a Natural Sprite. Long finish on salt, a last nod to the whale maybe? š
