This joyful Aligoté is named after Simone de Beauvoir who is considered to be the French mother of modern feminism and a female rights activist. 'Beauboire' could translate into 'Drinking the good stuff' and that sounds about right 👌
Ripe pink lady, grapefruit's zest, hawthorn which are coming with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and a salty backbone.
