2023 starts to be known as the best vintage of the past 30 years in Jura. This 100% Chardonnay opens on an arousing nose of brioche and lemon,
vanilla and ripe apples. The palate demonstrates great balance between bitterness, acidity and generosity, especially with this honey-ish flavour coming along. After 6 seconds, the wine turns into a flower bouquet mixed with a handful of wet rocks. Electric, zippy and yet, the acidity is integrated and gentle.

Tech facts:
Soils: Red marl from the Triassic period and dolomites.
Manual Harvest. Unfiltered. Direct pressing of whole clusters and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Elevage of 2 years, 75% in 400-liter barrels and 25% in terracotta amphorae. Organic certified. Demeter certified.
