Troupeau x Cavallière Orange 2024

A limited edition of Simon’s iconic 'Orange.' This time, it’s a blend featuring grapes from Clément Jeannoutot, located on the slopes of Mont Ventoux. You’ll find that signature Troupeau roundness, but with a distinct Provencal herbs twist. You can almost feel the Mistral wind blowing through!

Tech facts: 
Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation. 1gr SO2 added at bottling. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. The grapes were vinified as whole bunches in concrete tank. 18 days on the skins. Bottled without fining and filtration.
