Tinta'Glia is called after the legendary and powerful dragon from the Tawny Man Trilogy. Valérie's most long-keeping wine smells like strawberry jam, chicory, smoke paprika and finishes on a 'After Eight' sweet minty note.
Powerful indeed, Tinta'Glia is all about a seizing mouthfeel that invades the palate. The flavours of red plums and strawberries are coming with flavours of licorice, black pepper and 100% black chocolate. The tannins will catch you off guard but they'll tame themselves quite quickly, leaving a lean andclean dry-ness on the tongue.
An amazing wine to pair with roasted duck, beef burgers, vega meatballs or a good stew.
