Si Près Si Loin (So close ... so far) is a wine that doesn't apologize for being bubbly, both literally and figuratively. Its clear and bright notes of forest fruits, raspberries, bramble and strawberries come with a light fizz that pops on the tongue like pop rocks 🍬 The finish resembles the taste of a naturally made blackcurrant Fanta 🥤. This is undoubtedly Serge's most "funky" wine, yet it maintains a super clean profile 🕺

38 years old Carignan on sandy clay on a bed of limestone rocks.
Harvested in small crates. Direct press, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank. No herbicides, no mineral fertilisation, no pesticides. Bottled without fining and filtration.
