Nebulée Pet nat

As the domaine de la Canopée is a fairly young estate, we at Cocorico have the privilege to see Jérémy grow. With a vision of Natural Wine that should be as flavourful as much as it should be clean, he comes with a new exciting project every 6 months 🙌 

Nebulée is a one of them. Like a crémant that would come at a wedding with a pair of chucks and without a tie ✌️. On the nose, orange peel, honey and dried chamomile with the pop of the bubbles.  Ripe golden apple rides along a chiseled, linear profile cushioned with soft, plush foam. Bone dry and high-toned with gentle, almost comfort food-like acidity ☺️
