Manifeste is an orange wine, a maceration of Riesling, Marsanne and Viognier.
The interesting nose comes with notes of Cointreau, ripe peaches and fireplace ashes 🔥
But the palate offers a lot more. The Riesling starts the ballet with a Zing of lime zest. A sweeter combo of orange peel and mandarine juice takes over, lighten the wine up. It ends on quince and pineapple. It’s 2024 and it’s pretty ready, especially if you plan to have it on Indonesian cuisine 🦐
