It goes without saying, but at Cocorico, we hate alcohol-free wine. It fails at tasting like a real wine, it's overly sweet and always lacks of complexity.
However, Loula from APF almost feels like drinking an Alsatian wine, like a blend of Pinot gris, Pinot blanc and Sylvaner 👌. We have the rich texture, the fruitiness, the tension AND the smokiness. Most products are fetched in Alsace and are biodynamic. All products used in the making process are organic and from France. All products are unpasteurized, unfiltered or lightly filtered and naturally carbonated.
