Leitmotiv JUN Kombucha

Leitmotiv comes with a light and delicate bubbles 🍾🥂 with a bright pink hue. The palate bursts with two distinct sensations: the spicy freshness of Sichuan pepper 🔥 and the sweetness of strawberries, figs and raspberries, The long finish is carried by the slow-burning spice of the pepper, reflecting a refined and almost Japanese-like craftsmanship.

Jun culture, Kefir culture. Fermentation on Acacia Honey. Raspberries, blackcurrant, cherries, Rose geranium, sichuan pepper.  Bottled without fining and with a light filtration. Most products are fetched in Alsace and are biodynamic. All products used in the making process are organic and from France. All products are unpasteurized, unfiltered or lightly filtered and naturally carbonated.
