A more animal, rustic and racé version of a Jura Pinot Noir. Coming with a
bolder frame, slightly thicker but balanced tannins, Champ Long comes with strawberries, raspberries, floral, spices and slightly barnyard, which adds a pleasant edge to it. Beautiful acidity and bitters that give the wine a long finish.
2023 being a fresher vintage than 2022, this wine trades some of the extra generosity for more balance between the texture, the acidity and the bitters. Not that 2023 is, according to locals, the best vintages in Jura in 30 years 💫

Soils: grown on Triassic red marl soils. Manual Harvest. Natural vinification with whole bunches. Destemmed, maceration for 5 weeks in wooden vats, then aged in stainless
steel tanks. All spontaneous fermentations occur with Indigenous yeasts. Unfiltered. Organic certified. Demeter certified.
