Arco Iris 2022 is a brand new blend from Laura and Arthur. Pure Viognier, mostly made through direct pressing, but with a portion macerated, and fermented and aged in barrels, amphorae, and tanks. It's a far cry from the varietal Viognier that I don't like. Very fresh, intense, elegant, and precise 🎯. Too bad we only have a few of these. 1 bottle per person ❤️ 🍊
