AOC Côte du Jura Savagnin Ouillé 'Petit Chapeau' 2023

Petit Chapeau (Little hat) is a cuvée with a great deal of finesse and complexity. Notes of Mirabelle plums, pears, acacia flower and that walnut which is typical from Jura’s Savagnin. The palate is vibrant, with beautiful citrus fruit acidity, roundness and volume, and lovely bitter notes towards the end of the palate. Salivating finish. I can hardly describe the emotions the wine conveys. It must be tried. A truly unique wine that will be in its prime for the next 10 years easily.
