When we think Châteauneuf-du-Pape, we mostly think RED. Same goes for Côtes du Rhône. Yet, the area has nothing to shy away from, especially with grape varietals such as Bourboulenc. The nose opens on honey, hawthorne, orange leaf, thyme and pine forest. The mouth touch is rich, thick with an instant bang for your buck kind of feeling.
