100% Grenache Gris. 6 weeks skin contact, 6 months in amphora. Peachy dress 🍑💃🏻. Cantaloupe and canary melon association. mandarine juice. Peaceful, calm, this wine grows in you as opposed as the fruit bomb we usually have with natural orange wine. The evolution curve on the palate is different from all orange wines I had before. A pretty good pick for those who are looking for an experience they never have before.

Tech facts: 6 years old vines growing on clay and pebbles. The bunches are selected and destemmed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast occurred at 20°C temperature. 6 weeks on the skins with a few pumping over and punching the cap. The wine is then matured in amphora for 6 months until bottling.
